Project Commercial Manager Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and capable Project Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function of one of our exciting new Alliance projects coming up in Perth, WA.
As the Project Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the overall commercial and risk management of the project.
You will be aligned to working in directly with the project team, Alliance Manager, Alliance participants and in conjunction with the Business Unit Commercial Manager as an integral part of the project delivery.
We are looking for strengths in Alliancing including Finance Management, Procurement Management, Commercial Acumen, Alliance head contract management and team management.
Project commencing in new year.
This is a permanent role.
Working closely with project teams you will provide Commercial, Procurement and Financial expertise to support to both the Alliance Manager and the project team within our growing and busy business.

What you're good at: You're one of the best.
Someone with: • Previous experience within a sizeable Infrastructure or Civil Construction and building construction business.
• Highly desirable not mandatory experience alliance contracting.
• Proven negotiation experience in high value, commercial contracts.
• Solid understanding Project financial management with an ability to interrogate and provide transparent reporting.
• Demonstrated experience leading a project commercial function with direct reports.
• Risk management skill that encompasses the development of commercial and risk profiles of complex projects.
• Examination and comprehension of construction schedules, alongside the capacity to offer insights and strategies for managing Risks and Opportunities • Knowledge and expertise in handling insurance claims and administrative processes • Solid understanding of Procurement management and process; and • Commercial acumen as it relates to the effective Client and Subcontractor management, work planning and methodology, insurance risk, policies and complex claims resolution.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in similar roles in the building and construction industry • Current experience working in Contracts Management in the Civil and/or building construction industry.
