Italian Teacher – Full-time, Ongoing
CBC Fremantle is a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice tradition for boys in Years 7-12. Founded by the Christian Brothers in 1901, the College has an outstanding reputation for having served the local Fremantle community for over a century. CBC Fremantle partners with families to guide boys on their journey from today's boys to tomorrow's gentlemen.
The College seeks to assist in the spiritual, academic, cultural, physical and emotional development of boys while acknowledging the primary role of the family as educator. The successful applicant will be expected to work cooperatively with all members of the teaching staff in the interests of the students. They will teach primarily in the Languages Learning Area, specifically Year 7 and 8 Italian. The ability to teach ATAR Italian would be advantageous, but not essential. As part of our commitment to celebrating and preserving the rich Italian heritage of Fremantle, this role involves integrating cultural and community events into our educational programs. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of Italian traditions and local customs to design and deliver engaging course content. In carrying out these duties you are directly responsible to the Head of Learning Area and the Deputy Principal – Teaching and Learning.

The successful applicant will:

• Establish positive relationships with students, families and staff.
• Attend meetings of the Languages Learning Area staff.
