About the role
A full-time permanent position has become available within the ConnectNow business as a Business Development Manager based in Sydney. This role requires you to be on the road visiting clients across the greater Sydney area - North/West.
You will need to establish yourself as a trusted peer, guiding our partners and prospective partners towards maximizing the revenue opportunity in the Home Moving Connections Market. This is a highly competitive space, and you will be required to demonstrate tenacity, creativity, and discipline in driving your own success.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing and lifting performance of existing Customer Account Base.
Sourcing and generating New Business Leads through various market channels.
Effectively managing COS & OpEx.
Striving to deliver superior Customer Service.
Working with key stakeholders to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes, aligning to our overall Business Strategy.
Leading from the front in working with our Team, to build an environment that is supportive and striving for excellence.
Seeking and collecting feedback from Market Insights to help shape our future success.
What you’ll bring:
Sales & Account Management Experience.
Previous Real Estate experience will be highly regarded.
