We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Professional to join the Talent & Organisational Development team as the HR Officer (known internally as the People & Safety Officer).
This is a newly created role in which you'll have the opportunity to help define and shape the scope and responsibilities.

About the role:
This position is key to supporting the diverse needs across; Talent & Organisational Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D) and People Operations.
The core areas of responsibility include Recruitment coordination, systems administration, Learning and Development support as well as General HR administration, ensuring our teams have the tools to thrive.
We would love you to have/be:
* Graduate (or final year completing) studies in Human Resources or similar, or 3 years in a similar role
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with different teams
* Proactive, ready to dive in, and enthusiastic about learning new things
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
* The ability to exercise tact, diplomacy and understand the need to respect confidential information
* Customer-focused and committed to delivering high-quality HR support.
* Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated skills in database management
