If this sounds like you, come and join us!About the role As Integration Manager, you'll be accountable for shaping and delivering the Vocus Consumer system to system integration, with the goal of driving seamless data transfer between systems. The role will support the rapid build of the Dodo and iPrimus system to system integrations with industry-standard architecture to support their strategic goals with world-class digital capability.What you'll be doing day-to-day Support the development of System Integrations for the Consumer end-to-end digital customer experience, focusing on the Dodo and iPrimus brands, and manage and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers and integration specialists.Provide architectural guidance and recommendations on best practices for API-led connectivity, integration patterns, and data transformation, supporting the development of a prioritized initiative roadmap that aligns with the Consumer group's commercial priorities.Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of integration projects, from requirement gathering to design, development, testing, deployment, and support, and actively support a Lean and Agile delivery agenda, helping the business to balance internal capabilities with outsourced tactical and strategic resources.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and ensure integration solutions meet business needs.Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex integration concepts into understandable terms and support in the management of agency, partner, and contractor relationships to ensure adequate resourcing, cost-effectiveness, and maximum speed of delivery.Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for MuleSoft technologies, including Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform, API Manager, and Mule runtime, and lead troubleshooting efforts for any integration-related issues, providing quick resolution to minimize impact on business operations.What you'll bring to this role 7+ years' experience in software development specializing in MuleSoft.
