Salary: $85,000 + SuperStart Date: Immediate StartCompany: Family operated business in fast-paced environmentClient DetailsA newly created role has become available for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join a leading organization in distribution.Responsibilities include:Manage accounts receivable, including customer collections and timely follow-ups.Process accounts payable, covering supplier invoices, international and urgent payments, trade finance transactions, and expense reimbursements.Oversee the weekly payment run, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Conduct vendor reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and managing supplier credit notes.Maintain and update supplier records in compliance with internal policies.Prepare AP and AR aging reports, providing insights into outstanding balances.Perform daily bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial records.Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS) in accordance with regulatory requirements.What we are looking for:A minimum of three years experience working in a mid-sized business.A degree qualified candidate who is pursuing CA or CPA.Strong communication skills.Detail-oriented with a willingness to make a job your own.If you are interested, please send your CV to biancahirschowitz@future-you.com.au.Contact Details
