The hospital provides a wide range of services, including emergency, medical and surgical, maternity, rehabilitation, mental health, and outpatients. Whyalla Hospital’s Cancer Resource Centre is one of the largest in regional South Australia. It includes six chemotherapy chairs, outpatient care, and counselling services, reducing the need to travel outside of the region for care.About the Role:As a Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist (AHP2), you'll leverage your clinical expertise and specialized knowledge to design, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive suite of services tailored to the needs of the local community. Working with increased autonomy, you'll also have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to less experienced allied health professionals, assistants, and students. In this role, you'll collaborate with a diverse multi-professional team and employ a blend of preventative, early intervention, and therapeutic approaches to deliver integrated, high-impact care.Join our team as an Occupational Therapist (AHP1) and be at the heart of delivering top-notch, community-focused health services under the mentorship of a Senior Occupational Therapist.
