Job Title:
Sales and Kitchen Designer

Responsibilities:
* Measure, design, and present accurate kitchen plans to clients
* Conduct consultations both in-store and at clients' homes
* Prepare specifications, contracts, and manufacturing drawings
* Oversee and manage projects from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact
* Build lasting client relationships by meeting and exceeding expectations
* Achieve individual sales targets while working collaboratively within a team
* Travel between showroom locations and client sites as needed (current driver's licence required)
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* A customer-focused approach, delivering outstanding service on every occasion
* Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
* Flexibility to work across various showroom locations and adapt to client schedules
* A driven attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
* Preferred experience with 20-20 Design software and the ability to prepare production drawings (not essential)

What We Offer:
A competitive base salary, superannuation, and commission. While primarily store-based, the role includes in-home consultations that may occasionally occur outside standard hours.
