Your responsibilities will include: Delivering accurate and timely advice on WHS matters Supporting a variety of WHS and wellbeing initiatives to achieve strategic goals Leading best practices in safety measures, investigations, and risk management What We Offer We offer a competitive benefits package that includes: Long-term career development opportunities with an iconic Australian brand Generous product allowance 40% employee discount Annual bonus scheme Flexible working arrangements Paid parental leave Paid volunteer leave Exclusive private health partnership Key Responsibilities Assist in implementing WHS initiatives and strategies to address key organizational risks Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments, collaborating with the WHS Coordinator and operational staff Partner with business departments to identify, manage, and control emerging risks Monitor relevant WHS legislation and update system-based documents Assist teams in risk assessments across various business functions, including the Workshop, Distribution Centre, Retail, and Administration Provide strategic and operational WHS support across departments as required Assist in maintaining AS/NZS45001 accreditation for manufacturing sites Analyze and present safety metrics and monitoring reports to the Safety and Recovery Manager and WHS Committee About You To succeed in this role, you will need: Knowledge of model WHS Legislative instruments, including ISO45001 and ISO45003 3+ years’ experience in WHS advisory or support, preferably within a manufacturing environment A tertiary qualification or a minimum of Cert 4 in WHS (desirable) Proven experience in workplace health and safety, with strong knowledge of WHS legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with all levels of the organization Experience in psychosocial risk management and implementing WHS initiatives Ability to conduct audits, risk assessments, and provide practical safety solutions Experience using HSE software A proactive approach to emergency and incident response
