This position is responsible for overseeing, implementing, and managing several projects, particularly Palliative Care Volunteering SA, Ambulance Wish SA, PEPA/IPEPA SA, and Compassionate Communities SA.The role can be undertaken across 5 days, with Thursday being included as a working day.Coordinate project activities to ensure projects are planned, developed, and delivered in line with contract/agreement deliverablesManage multiple projects, monitoring tasks and outputs, ensuring KPIs and deliverables are metCoordinate with stakeholders to communicate project statusImplement process improvements and monitor program performance metricsDevelop, maintain, and be a role model for a strong working culture, leading the team to ensure quality projects are delivered on time and meet required outcomesOversee and maintain project tracking systems to ensure tasks, schedules, and activities are maintained.
