As an Account Manager at Odoo, you’ll be the key commercial contact for our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction while driving business growth through upselling and contract renewals. You’ll collaborate with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs of businesses—both small and large—helping them revolutionize their operations with Odoo’s powerful solutions.

What You’ll Do
1. Manage a portfolio of existing clients across Australia
2. Understand your clients' IT needs and position yourself as their Odoo expert
3. Identify opportunities to expand clients' use of Odoo and drive additional sales
4. Demonstrate new features, apps, and upgrades to enhance their experience
5. Negotiate contract renewals
What You Bring
1. Passion for software and technology
2. Strong organizational skills—managing around 150 clients
3. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
4. 0 to 3 years of experience in IT or sales
5. Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
