Weare looking for a full-time Dental Assistant who ispassionate, dedicated and customer centric.
The Opportunity:
Full Time over 4 days a week 7:45am – 5:45pm
No weekend work!
Convenient city location close to public transport
We are looking for someone passionate who thrives on patient care.
Dental Experience is desired but not essential! This role is on a fixed term contract until the end of June 2024, however there is possibility of permanency for the right candidate.
The Heart of the Role:
1. Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
2. Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
3. Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
4. Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
5. Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
6. Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
What you'll bring:
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
8. Dental Assisting highly regarded but not essential
9. Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting highly regarded but not essential
10. Passionate about customer service and patient care
11. Organised with attention to detail
12. A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
13. Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
14. ‘Can do’ attitude
