The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property & Fleet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their fleet and owned/leased properties, ensuring smooth logistics and transportation for our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the fleet of vehicles and oversee sale of the 50 vehicles to the outsourced provider and contract going forward.
* Management of owned & leased sites including all facilities, compliance, maintenance, etc.
* Lead and manage a small operations team, providing training, guidance, and support.
* Procuring and negotiating contracts.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety standards.
* Manage budgets and resources.
* Stakeholder Management.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in fleet, property and facilities management.
* Proven experience in project management, including refurbishment and minor works.
* Understanding of relevant legislation such as the Building Code of Australia.
* Experience leading people and managing internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable youth and a commitment to our mission.
