Bar & Beverage Staff (Hospitality & Tourism)
The Meat & Wine Co Canberra is looking for experienced and dedicated Bartenders to become part of their professional and hard-working team.
Our Canberra restaurant forms part of a vibrant, passionate, and dynamic national team. Established in 2000, The Meat & Wine Co prides itself on providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience.
The successful applicants will have:
* Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
* High level of wine knowledge, working with a large wine list
* Able to offer expert advice on all menu items, including food, wine, and other beverages
* Solid understanding of serving customers in an A La Carte environment, following sequence of service standards
* Ability to learn and follow recipes and standards for cocktail list, with an understanding of the classics too
* A minimum of 1+ years of restaurant/bar experience
* Impeccable presentation, grooming, and communication standards
* Willingness to undergo further training
* Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
