In this role, the successful candidate will engage directly with clients, develop business strategies, and provide exceptional service. The Account Manager will manage key accounts, prepare business proposals, and work closely with stakeholders to enhance Simon George & Sons' brand and ensure long-term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and identifying ways to deliver added value. Business Development: Conduct industry research, prepare proposals, and create tenders to secure new business and expand existing accounts. Market Awareness: Stay informed of market trends, adapting strategies to keep services aligned with client needs and industry developments. CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to document client interactions and track sales activities for accurate and timely communication. Operational Support: Assist with on-site activities related to client needs, supporting the General Manager to deliver high-quality service. Key Competencies: Relationship Management: Proven ability to engage with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty. Industry Knowledge: Experience in account management, ideally in the produce or food industry, with strong research and proposal development abilities. Results-Driven: Capability to meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. Organized & Proactive: Effective at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail. Selection Criteria: Experience in account management with a proven track record of successful client relationships.
