About the Role
The Lead AEM Developer Adobe role at Tabcorp's Technology unit is responsible for driving the technical implementation and advancement of Adobe products like AEM, Target, Analytics, and AEP. With over 6 years' AEM experience, this leadership position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, translating requirements into effective digital solutions. Beyond code delivery, the role guides developers, ensures code quality, and promotes continuous improvement. Strong technical proficiency in Adobe platforms, Java/J2EE, AWS, and software engineering is vital, along with leadership skills, innovation, and agile practices. Responsibilities will include:
1. You’ll be delivering code and architecture for both the AEM backend and the AEM frontend.
2. Provide and implement solutions across Adobe suite of products including AEM Target, Analytics, AEP.
3. You’ll collaborate closely with world class product, UX and marketing team to ideate optimum solutions.
4. Provide technical guidance and leadership to other AEM developers in your team.
5. You’ll build excellent software, aiming to continuously deploy it via CI/CD pipelines,
About You
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
6. Extensive experience in a progressive, agile environment.
7. Proven experience as Technical or Development Lead.
8. Demonstrated experience in a range of agile frameworks and the ability to drive adoption of agile ways of working within a team.
9. Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of a large, complex program of work.
10. At least 6+ years of experience in AEM development and release. Version 6.4 and above is required.
11. Strong knowledge of AEM platform and architecture.
12. Good knowledge of Adobe Target, Analytics, AEP.
13. Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE
14. Accredited tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
15. Certified as AEM Lead developer or architect.
