As our regional Queensland business continues to grow, we are expanding our reach across Australia and globally. We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager to oversee office operations in Toowoomba, as our director is based in another city. The candidate in mind will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to:
* Office Operations: Oversee daily functions, including scheduling, supply management, and vendor relations.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to leadership and staff, ensuring seamless operations.
* Resource Management: Manage office resources, including space, equipment, and personnel.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office expenses, budgets, and relevant documentation.
* IT Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth functioning of office technology and systems.
* Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues related to office operations and IT infrastructure.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to government legislation, company policies, and industry best practices.
* Project Management: Assist with planning and execution of office-related projects.
* Staff Management: Assign tasks and monitor office staff performance to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications: ●Bachelor’s in Business Management or relevant (Preferred but not mandatory). Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Clear and effective communication with staff, clients, and vendors.
* Expertise in office software, including spreadsheets, email, and databases.
* Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
* Familiarity with common workplace IT systems and software.
