Our client is seeking a Defence Cyber SME (CPOCIS/WOCIS, O3 or O4 level) who has experience in defence Cyber Planning, Operations and Programs, to assist a strong professional team in Canberra in supporting defence and planning, developing creative, effective and successful cybersecurity and defensive/Offensive cyber operations strategies.This role is a significant opportunity for the right person. The ideal candidate, in a leadership position, will be working with a dynamic team whose expertise is backed by deep technical experience managing aspects of organisational planning including defining requirements; formulating viable courses of action; contingency planning; rehearsing; and oversight of execution and after-action reviews.The role:Knowledge of Defence Cyber Operations and PlanningEvaluate existing cyber security plansPlan processes, and engagements to identify opportunities for integration and interoperabilityAnalyse operational performance to identify areas of improvementRecommend necessary adjustments to Cyber activitiesExperienced in organisational planning including defining requirementsRemediate detailed plans based on broad guidance and direction for CyberIntegrate Tri-service Cyber strategiesGood stakeholder engagement experienceHold a current NV1 clearance at a minimumYou will play an important part by bringing a deep understanding and appreciation of Coalition Cyber Operations in a high-level system environment to support us in developing the right security solutions for the environment.
