About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor is a Full-time position, based at Welshpool - WA. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you'll supervise the maintenance department, including planning, developing, and improving all aspects of site maintenance.
In this role, you will:
* Maintain safe systems of work in the workplace.
* Supervise the maintenance planner and maintenance team of Electricians and Mechanical Fitters.
* Oversee the daily maintenance plan, ensuring completion of work orders within budget and resources, and allocate resources for planned work and breakdowns.
* Inspect plant to identify areas for improvement and safe practices.
* Work closely with the operations team to deliver production goals.
* Maintain spare parts inventory, reviewing and following up on parts to ensure planned repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently.
* Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to enhance current processes and operational standards.
This site operates 24/7. Your hours will be Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm. To be successful, you will need to have either Electrical or Mechanical qualifications or similar.
