About the Role
We've got a brand-new, hybrid role for a National Technical Training Manager to join our awesome Tax team. This isn't your average training gig—you'll split your time between shaping killer training programs and creating top-tier tax thought leadership to keep our team (and clients) ahead of the game.
You'll work closely with the National Tax Quality and Excellence Lead Partner, making sure our training stays fresh, relevant, and aligned with what our clients actually need. Plus, you'll help position our firm as the go-to experts in tax.
If you're a tax pro from a Big 4 or mid-tier firm looking to step away from client work and dive into Learning & Development (L&D), this could be your perfect next move.
What You'll Do
Design & deliver killer training – Work with tax leaders and L&D to build programs that actually help people level up.Create thought leadership – Develop sharp, useful tax content for both our team and clients.Manage the training schedule & budget – Keep things running smoothly and track spending.Build a knowledge hub – Curate a library of training tools so our team can find what they need, fast.Lead national training projects – Jump in on special initiatives and keep everyone in the loop.Location: Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney (with some light travel to other offices a couple of times a year).
What We're Looking For
A CA/CPA with 5+ years of client-facing tax experience (you know the Aussie tax system inside out).Experience (or a real passion for) building technical training programs.Sharp analytical skills—you can spot gaps in training and fix them.Top-notch communication—you're great at working with stakeholders and explaining complex stuff in simple ways.Full Working Rights only please apply
