Due to our continued success, we're expanding our team and looking for a Site Manager to lead operations at one of our valued client sites.
What You'll Be Doing: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for growth. Leading and mentoring a high-performing team to deliver safe and efficient maintenance services. Driving a culture of continuous improvement in safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Ensuring maintenance tasks – both planned and unplanned – are completed to a high standard. Collaborating with engineering teams to optimise material handling processes. Conducting site inspections, reporting, and ensuring compliance with the highest safety standards. Participating in budgeting and business planning processes. What We're Looking For: A background in mechanical maintenance and/or belt splicing with extensive conveyor experience. Proven experience in supervision and people management. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. A strategic thinker who can make decisions that align with company goals. Total commitment to maintaining and improving health and safety standards. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, outgoing approach. Strong organisational skills to manage reporting and documentation efficiently. Essential Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology. Strong customer service mindset. Understanding of WA mining operations and client expectations. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities. Desirable: A qualification in frontline management, business administration, mining, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in operations or project management. Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and safety standards.
