Responsibilities
The following are key responsibilities of this role:
* Manage sickness, absence reporting, and holiday tracking
* Collate and process timesheets and expenses
* Provide training for team members
* Assist in compiling Site/Area Monthly Contract Review Packs and attend monthly meetings
* Order materials, parts, and PPE as needed
* Plan maintenance visits for technicians and sub-contractors
* Support Work Order Specialist with planning and scheduling works
* Drive PPM and reactive performance through direct engagement with engineering teams and service partners
* Familiarize yourself with daily operations and contract specifics
* Maintain QHSE documentation using CBRE systems
* Ensure supplier management reviews take place and are recorded
* Identify and implement innovation to enhance performance and meet client expectations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in a similar customer-facing role
* Finance and administration experience
* Previous experience in property/workplace experience or facilities management industry
* Excellent PC-based skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role with managerial experience
* Flexibility to work outside core office hours from time to time
