About the Role
This role assists with general stock related tasks and customer service queries, providing a positive experience for all customers.
Some key tasks will include:
* Attend to customer queries and coordinate repairs
* Coordinate with suppliers for faulty products
* Receipt stock into the store and attend to outstanding purchase orders
* Assist with sales as required
