Facilitate a seamless experience for developers throughout project phases. Lead and motivate the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement. Experience and Qualifications Relevant degree in engineering, urban planning, business or equivalent experience. Proven experience in development services or infrastructure planning. Strong ability to influence strategically and communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Experience leading diverse teams and promoting high performance. Understanding of the political, market, and commercial factors affecting government projects.
