Not to be missed About the Role My client is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and oversee the performance of multiple diagnostic imaging clinics within the Western Sydney region. This key leadership role offers the opportunity to drive regional strategy, manage operational excellence, and foster a high-performance culture across approximately six practices. As the Operations Manager, you will work closely with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure the delivery of safe, patient-centered imaging services while driving business initiatives. You will have the opportunity to manage a team of approximately 300 staff, oversee financial performance, and implement improvement projects to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader passionate about driving quality and growth in healthcare. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Design, implement, and maintain the regional strategy. Collaborate with Business Development teams to enhance referrer engagement and drive business growth. Operational Management : Oversee P&L, staffing, and regional performance improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with accreditation and safety standards. Manage inventory, equipment, and maintenance for all practices. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinical and non-clinical staff. Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture focused on engagement, recognition, and professional growth. Guide recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development for team members. Service Excellence : Ensure optimal patient care through effective rostering, resource allocation, and performance management. Respond to patient complaints and privacy-related incidents while maintaining quality assurance standards. Promote continuous learning and professional development programs for the team. Project Management : Lead and support equipment replacement, expansion, and practice improvement projects. Participate in various organisational initiatives and assignments to align with business goals. About You Proven success in leading multi-clinic operations with significant team size and revenue responsibility. Strong understanding of healthcare or diagnostic imaging workflows, policies, and procedures. Experienced in P&L management, staffing, and local business development. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams. Skilled in data-driven decision-making, performance management, and change implementation. Experience & Qualifications Experience : 5 years in operations leadership roles within healthcare or diagnostic imaging sectors is ideal. Can consider applicants currently working in multi-site management positions. Familiarity with accreditation requirements, HR policies, and safety regulations. Qualifications : A tertiary qualification in business, healthcare, or related fields is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
