The Department of Education is seeking a highly-motivated Application Support Officer to join our Web and Digital Production (WDP) team.
Your key responsibility will be providing support for SharePoint Online.
Your day would include:
Managing and triaging the team's work queueLiaising with clients regarding their support requestsWorking with ServiceNow tickets and change management processesAs part of the Web and Digital Production team, there will be opportunities for growth to expand your skills as we also provide web content services, web design, technical development, online course development, and digital media services.

To excel in this role, it would be highly desirable to possess the following skills and experience:
Experience with a team IT job ticketing system and triaging client requests; experience with ServiceNow a plusExperience in SharePoint Online or on-premises a plusExperience with other Microsoft products a plus (Power BI, PowerShell, Teams)Good understanding of change management processesStrong communication skills and attention to detailPositive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn and adaptContribute to creating a workplace that embraces diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
