THE ROLE Support the business and all Aestec team members by using your specialist skills and knowledge to assist in strategic decision making and development of people and culture. Coach and develop all team members at all levels to ensure a positive culture within the business that allows all employees to reach their potential. Continue to evolve our positive and productive culture. Provide guidance in accordance with applicable laws and assist teams with employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, promotions, role adjustments, misconduct, and terminations. Risk and injury management, including WorkCover claims and provide advice and guidance relating to OH&S matters. Accountable for the recruitment process by advertising, sourcing and short-listing candidates with the hiring managers. Accountable for the review, coordination and maintenance of training requirements across the organisation. Manage the delivery of the HR calendar, including management of performance review cycles and regular talent assessment and succession planning activities as required. Conduct HR compliance audits to guarantee adherence to regulations. Be well versed in or can acquire knowledge of the relevant standards, EBAs, regulatory requirements, code of practices, and guidelines. Promote and support the health and wellbeing for all staff. Tertiary qualifications or significant relevant experience in Human Resources. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. Capacity to build company culture, change management and innovative people strategies, practices, and processes. Ability to work with leaders on workforce planning, talent management, career coaching and succession planning. The ability to align the HR function with organisational direction and strategy.
