The position works closely with the Senior and Business Development Managers to provide administrative support, enhance efficiency, and contribute to revenue generation.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales and contribute to the marketing strategy, focusing on generating revenue from meetings, event venues, and premium Raceday hospitality packages.Maintain high-quality sales materials, including fact sheets, brochures, menus, proposals and presentation decks.Work with the sales team to showcase venue and hospitality offerings effectively.Ensure accurate data entry and reporting of sales activities.Collect competitive insights to identify potential sales opportunities.Oversee social media content to ensure it is sales-driven and aligns with promotional campaigns for Raceday Hospitality and Meeting Events.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure high quality sales and marketing collateral is maintained.THE RIGHT FITTo be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:Previous relevant experience in the sports, entertainment, hospitality or events industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, negotiate and consult with a wide range of stakeholders.Experience in data entry or booking systems.If you believe you are the right fit and demonstrate our values, come and join us.Applications close on Friday, 11 April 2025.Australian Turf Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating and maintaining a workplace where our team members feel safe, valued and respected, regardless of gender identity, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation or life stage.
