We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor with experience in a busy and quality-focused establishment. The position is on a casual basis, 25 – 38 hours per week, with an immediate start.We pay in relation to experience according to the Award, with all penalties, such as overtime, weekend, and public holiday rates strictly adhered to. We have been awarded Best Regional Restaurant at the Advertiser Good Food Awards and three forks on multiple occasions, including Best Restaurant in South Australia.We have our own Kitchen garden using organic principles that provides a large amount of the produce used on our menu.Our extensive Wine List represents many of the smaller producers from McLaren Vale alongside a selection of wines from the rest of Australia and around the World. We have a large selection of Gins to complement our wine list. We are committed to improving our sustainability.We use only sustainable and ethically treated produce in the Kitchen, and we have an extensive recycling program and waste minimization program throughout the restaurant.We pride ourselves on our team values, with the Kitchen and Front of House teams working closely together to provide an outstanding, yet relaxed and comfortable dining experience for all our guests. We undertake extensive training in-house, with regular sessions being held and daily on-the-job training provided across all aspects of the restaurant.
