ABOUT THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity to join our Global IT team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist.
As part of a quick-thinking, solutions-focused Technical Services team, you'll ensure the groups' servers and underlying storage are fit for purpose and operating securely and efficiently.
Your leadership in supporting, operating and maintaining core infrastructure applications across identity, office productivity, and business applications will ensure services are reliable and available 24 x 7.
Through your strong relationship-building skills, you will partner across the broader IT team to understand business requirements, identifying opportunities to improve the server and storage landscape and deliver a platform that is fit for purpose.
In this role, your main duties will involve: • Troubleshooting incidents in the server, storage, and infrastructure application landscape whilst ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Delivering IT infrastructure operational support to the broader technology team.
• Supporting proactive enhancements and implementing IT security protocols.
• Involvement in IT infrastructure projects, cloud migrations and system upgrades.
• Mentoring and training extended team to execute processes you develop.
