Responsibilities
* Drive excellence through post-graduate development pathways, mentoring programs, and clinical supervision that ensure evidence-based therapy delivery
* Shape an inclusive culture built on Tashacare's values of Excellence, Respect, Trust, and Justice
* Lead retention and development strategies for a diverse team of 40 allied health professionals
* Create innovative clinical leadership pathways that embrace multicultural perspectives
* Designing and implementing talent retention strategies that support evidence-based practice excellence
* Creating leadership development pathways that embrace diverse perspectives
* Leading workforce planning initiatives that enhance clinical outcomes
* Supporting comprehensive supervision and mentoring programs
* Fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration between allied health teams
* Being the go-to for HR operations functions

What Type of Person Will Be Successful
* Proven 3-5 years of HR management experience, with healthcare or NDIS exposure highly valued
* Experience delivering training to developing leaders and supporting them via ongoing coaching
* Experience designing and delivering professional development and mentoring programs
* Strong cultural competency and commitment to diversity
* Strategic mindset balanced with practical execution capabilities
* Understanding of or willingness to learn NDIS framework
