About The Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assist the Principal to lead the school community through the school special education program (SEP) or early childhood development program (ECDP) to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Deputise for the Principal when required.
* Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
* Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
* Set high standards for student and staff performance.

The successful applicant will be knowledgeable, collaborative, energetic with the capability to promote an inclusive culture and lead inclusive practices within the school community to ensure equity and excellence for all students. This opportunity requires the successful applicant to build and lead a highly effective team, influence others, effectively allocate resources, have strong communication and organisational skills, and to be agile in order to respond to emerging matters.
