You’ll be solving complex problems, improving processes, and making a real impact in a team that lives and breathes our core values:

While much of your work will be handled from our Brisbane HQ, you’ll also be required to visit client sites from time to time. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong client relationships and see your solutions in action.What You’ll Be Doing:
Resolving technical support requests from clients and assisting the service desk team.
Mentoring Level 1 Engineers and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Proactively monitoring and managing systems using our RMM dashboard.
Keeping clients informed every step of the way, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Following SOPs for recurring tasks, security procedures, and best practices.
Identifying and suggesting innovative improvements to enhance efficiency.
Supporting the Service Delivery Coordinator and senior management with other duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2–3 years of customer service in a technical or software environment, ideally within an MSP.
Skills: Strong Office 365 and Microsoft cloud technologies experience. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Mindset: A “can-do” attitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Team Player: Someone who communicates effectively, both with clients and teammates, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
