Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will provide vital support across the organisation, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager. Key responsibilities include:
1. Day-to-day administration of the HR function
2. Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
3. Managing employee records and databases
4. Assisting in the preparation of HR reports
5. Addressing employee queries regarding HR-related issues
6. Participating in HR projects
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Understanding (or interest) in HR concepts
* Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional organisational skills - detail oriented, proactive
* Ability to prioritise and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
* While not essential, any qualification or previous experience in Human Resources will be highly regarded.
