We're currently seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to help us craft exceptional digital experiences and drive our design standards forward.
What You'll Do: Design wireframes and prototypes that align with our brand standards.Conduct user research to uncover insights and define user personas.Develop consistent, branded digital experiences across multiple platforms.Create new product concepts, storyboards, and detailed interaction designs.Enhance wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate interaction ideas.Establish design guidelines for iOS, Android, and web solutions.Conduct usability testing to validate and improve designs.Track UX metrics and report on improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation.Work within an agile team to solve design challenges and ensure consistency.What We're Looking For: Extensive experience in UI/UX within digital environments.Expertise in e-commerce, web, and native platforms.Strong user research and persona development skills.Proven ability to craft compelling visual designs.Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Marvel, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Advanced knowledge of iOS and Android design systems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of customer empathy.Belong to an organisation that values diversity, inclusivity, and you: Working at Smart means you will be working in one of Australia's most authentic, inclusive, and diverse workplaces.
