We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to support our ongoing HRIS program, specifically focused on the rollout of UKG Kronos. This critical role requires a subject matter expert (SME) who can navigate complex project dynamics and contribute to the successful implementation of timekeeping and payroll functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Functional Consultant/Business Analyst, ensuring comprehensive understanding and execution of the UKG Kronos rollout. Lead requirements gathering sessions and collaborate effectively with the Solution Implementer to align project deliverables with business needs. Provide expert guidance and insights to the project team, supporting the Project Manager and Test Manager (both contractors) transitioning from the existing ERP program. Focus on enhancing and reconciling the payroll process and ensuring the timesheets module meets organizational requirements. Work with executive stakeholders to communicate project updates and address implementation challenges. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and support post-delivery activities. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in HRIS implementations, specifically with UKG Kronos. Strong knowledge and expertise in HR and payroll systems, with a focus on timesheets and payroll reconciliation. Ability to act as an SME and guide the project with a deep understanding of HRIS program requirements. Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills, with the ability to liaise between business and technical teams. Program Status and Focus: The HR core module has been delivered; current emphasis is on the timesheets and payroll functionalities. Existing challenges include payroll reconciliation issues that require immediate attention and resolution. The CRM component is ongoing but less prioritized, functioning as a background project.
