Learn more about working at Avive: About the Role: We are looking for a Business Systems Administrator that has experience building and managing a service desk, developing systems security policies, and ensuring systems performance for business continuity. This role will work closely with Biz Ops, Finance, Quality, HR, and Engineering to build Avive's system infrastructure while maintaining ongoing operations. You will report to the Sr. Director of Business operations and partner with Avive's leaders to build towards operational excellence. What You'll Do: Manage daily IT operations, including network infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, helpdesk support, and vendor management. Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software infrastructure to ensure it is reliable, secure, and scalable to support business and operational needs. Maintain IT infrastructure and operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Track and maintain hardware and software inventory. Identify and mitigate IT infrastructure risks to support business continuity. Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and systems. Support ongoing maintenance, development, and testing for new and existing systems. Build and manage IT service desk and ticketing system in accordance with SLA. Build dashboard for real-time issue tracking and company wide visibility. Define and measure IT goals roadmap. Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot core business tech stack systems such as: Salesforce, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Zendesk, Netsuite, Outreach, Google workspace, and Shopify. Manage and administer employee identity and access for all Avive systems by configuring role permissions and profiles. Perform ongoing review of system configurations to ensure operating performance with the goal to reduce troubleshooting issues and obstruction to operations. Improve UI visualization, workflows, automations, configurations to assist with process efficiency and reduce time for users to perform operational tasks. Monitor and manage systems licensing costs, work with vendors for optimal pricing and reduce tech costs as we grow. Work with Biz Ops analysts to identify and build systems infrastructure business requirements. Desired Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in IT, including 3+ years in network management. Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems or related field. Excellent knowledge of Avive's applications: Salesforce, Zendesk, Netsuite, Stripe, Celigo, Sequoia, Outreach, Google, Stripe, and Shopify. Network skills, such as managing IT server rooms, network design and maintenance, and warehouse implementation. Effective relationship management, with demonstrated success dealing effectively with customers, vendors, peers, and senior management. Salesforce administration certification preferred.
