With 500+ employees across 35+ branches and targeted locations, Onsite is driven by a core set of values which support our customer-centric vision – together we grow.Job DescriptionAbout the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Rental Sales Coordinator to join our branch in Moranbah.This role reports to the Assistant Branch Manager and will see you develop and maintain relationships with our customers by ensuring all rental activities are coordinated to meet customer demand.In this role you will:Develop quotes for the supply of equipment and manage customer sales enquiriesBuild and enter hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expireSupport the team in identifying equipment availability and supply arrangementsRaise purchase orders for associated equipmentLiaise with transport providers to coordinate the timely delivery and pick-up of equipmentComplete all associated paperwork and reporting requirementsDesired Skills and ExperienceSkills and experienceWe are a result-driven team with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
