About the Role:As our IT Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in optimising business processes and digital platforms that connect with our data architecture. Your Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure products meet documented requirements.Communicate progress to non-technical stakeholders in clear, concise language.Conduct training sessions for end-users on new and existing features.Identify and resolve system deficiencies, propose solutions, and implement required changes.Create and manage project documentation, including business processes, specifications, and use case diagrams.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of third-party products and systems that may add value for our customers.Work cross-functionally to solve complex issues and manage multiple projects effectively.Ensure adherence to Arrow's project management practices and software development lifecycle.Contribute to playback meetings to present technical solutions to users.Support stakeholders through deployment, documentation, and handovers. About You: Experience: Ideally 5+ years in a Business Analyst role, preferably within IT. Experience in Freight Forwarding and Port Logistics mandatory. Education: Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Statistics, or related fields.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and knowledge of IT frameworks (e.g., ITIL). Exposure to Azure DevOps, and experience with programming (React, C#, or .NET) is preferred.Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
