Allianz Australia Limited (AAL) is seeking to improve the framework around business application accountability and ownership.
This includes a revamp of responsibilities and accountabilities as well as the establishment of a BAU model to own the framework and coordinate the business application owner cohort going forward.
An experienced Change Manager is required to roll out responsibilities and accountabilities aligned to the new framework to a group of senior stakeholders across the Allianz Australia enterprise.
About the role Performing change analysis, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and gap analysis, to ensure thorough planning of change initiatives.
Leading or contributing to the formulation of a change management strategy and approach, informed by the completed change analysis.
Identifying and addressing potential people-related risks and areas of resistance, devising specific plans to mitigate concerns.
Developing actionable and focused change management plans, such as change leadership, communication, and education/training plans.
Conducting readiness assessments to prepare employees for the transition to new work practices.
Applying the AAL change management approach and methodology throughout the process.
Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity.
About you Has strong experience in Change Management with proven IT Governance experience (or a good understanding of this subject matter) and has solid experience managing senior stakeholders through change.
Demonstrated experience as a generalist Change Manager with experience across multiple projects within insurance or banking/financial services and or consulting experience supporting a complex/large corporate environment is essential.
Experience in driving large-scale and intricate change programs and projects within an enterprise setting.
Certification or demonstrated competency in application of at least one formal change methodology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
Collaborative working style and ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision making.
Possesses a keen attention to detail, completing tasks thoroughly and accurately, and swiftly identifying errors or inconsistencies within information.
