You'll lead sales growth through strategic upselling, range expansion, and value-building initiatives.
A key focus will be managing and launching new revenue streams both online and in-store, while improving customer experience and category profitability.What You'll Do:Develop and execute strategies to increase category revenue, profitability, and customer engagement.Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the meal kit range to maximise average order value.Expand product offerings through range extensions (top ups) and value-building initiatives.Project manage and successfully launch new revenue streams for QuiteLike.Partner cross functionally to ensure a consistent and compelling customer experience.Manage pricing, merchandising, marketing and brand to drive sales growth.What We're Looking For:Experience in category management, commercial trading, or a similar role in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.Proven ability to drive sales through upselling, range expansion, and strategic initiatives.Strong project management skills, particularly in launching retail propositions.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.Data-driven mindset with experience in sales analysis and forecasting.Experience in meal kits, fresh food, or grocery retail is a plus.What's in it for you?Flexible working options: We know that work is only one part of your life, so we actively encourage a positive work-life balance and provide hybrid working options to help you achieve it.Office perks: Take advantage of our gym facility and fitness classes, free parking, BBQ area, mini-Coles supermarket, fooderie hub where you can sample new products before they hit the shelves, school holiday program and so much more when you come in.Discounts: Eligible team members receive 5% discount all year round on your Supermarket and Liquor online and in-store purchases.
