Key Responsibilities: Oversee all Distribution Centre (DC) functions including business performance, safety, service level, and financial expectations. Provide first-class leadership supporting and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Promote safety values and implement safety, health and environment policies and systems. Manage service delivery to agreed targets achieving service level to stores. Promote people strategies across the DC to enable best-in-class team development and engagement. Lead operational productivity and inventory accuracy performance. Sponsor and lead change & continuous improvement initiatives within the DC. Drive accountability within the business, ensuring that the elements of Primary Connect culture are embedded at all levels. What you'll bring: Engaging & supportive people leadership style. Proven leadership experience in FMCG, Distribution, Retail, people management. Success in a similar role in Store Retail, Supply Chain or Manufacturing operations. Exceptional networking and influencing skills. Analytical mindset with strong capability to analyse data. Consultative approach to communicate business decisions clearly.
