Collaborate with external consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders to support project timelines and office operations.Administrative and Financial Management:Manage administrative processes such as payroll, accounts payable/receivable, contracts, and procurement, ensuring timely and accurate completion in line with company policies, client expectations, and relevant regulations.Staff Performance and Resource Allocation:Assign tasks, monitor staff performance against KPIs and project deadlines, and conduct regular feedback sessions, training, and performance reviews to ensure the team meets project milestones and quality standards.Office and Facility Organization:Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped office space, ensuring necessary supplies and equipment are readily available. Oversee maintenance, repairs, and site-related operations to maintain a professional work environment.Product Procurement and Vendor Relations:Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment, negotiate contracts with domestic and international suppliers, and ensure timely deliveries to project sites. Logistics experience in Vietnamese and Chinese markets will be highly favored.Budgeting and Cost Control:Develop and manage project and operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost control across all activities, keeping records of spending in line with approved financial estimates.Regulatory Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards through regular audits, safety training, and implementation of safety protocols for both office and site-based teams.
