The opportunity…
We are looking for a Motor Claims Consultant for a full-time permanent position. You will work from the Newcastle office supported by our existing motor claims team.
You will engage with our customers to process their motor claims promptly and effectively. Our focus is on a great customer experience and not call time, so you won’t be chained to your desk like some call centre roles.
Whilst we are seeking an experienced consultant we will provide full training on our products, systems and operating ethos.
We would love to hear from you if you…
1. Are energetic and tenacious with a passion for service, and love making things simple;
2. Have solid digital literacy and an aptitude for learning;
3. Have demonstrated experience handling insurance claims;
4. Are skilled in negotiation, persuasion and investigation with customers and service providers;
5. Can confidently build rapport with customers and service providers; and
6. Are confident to ask probing questions and gain detailed information to support claims handling.
