If you’ve got a background in Complex Home Modifications, Vehicle Modifications, or Assistive Technology assessments and trials, we want you on our team! You’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule, work locally, and be backed by a supportive multidisciplinary team that truly values your expertise.What’s on OfferA company car (Mazda CX30 or equivalent), and laptop.Professional development opportunities to continue expanding your specialist knowledge.A small, agile team where you’ll have direct input into service delivery and outcomes.Flexibility to manage your own schedule, focusing on clients in areas that matter to you.Your RoleConduct specialist assessments for complex home modifications, vehicle modifications, and assistive technology.Collaborate with clients, families, builders, and other allied health professionals to create customised solutions.Provide evidence-based recommendations and manage trials for assistive technologies, ensuring they align with your clients’ functional needs.Work closely with NDIS participants to help improve their quality of life and independence.Maintain thorough, professional case notes, ensuring all assessments are NDIS compliant.Who You AreA qualified Occupational Therapist registered with AHPRA.At least 5 years of experience working as an OT, with specialist experience in one or more of the following areas:Complex Home ModificationsVehicle ModificationsAssistive Technology assessments and trialsA valid driver’s licence.Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.Why Talk Health Therapy?
