You'll be the first point of contact for students’ enquiries via phone, email and face to face at their local campus student support and reception counter. These include general student FAQ’s, subject, progression and all queries that help a student progress in their studies throughout the student lifecycle.Additionally, this role supports on-campus administrative, student common room facilities and activities support to facilitate engagement and enhance the student experience throughout the student journey from enrolment through to graduation.Key Accountabilities include:Student enquiries support via face to face and ticketsParticipate, support coordination and delivery of campus events and campus toursSupport student orientation processVET and International student contact point and enrolment officerProvide administrative support to Clinic & Operations ManagerFront of house support and clinic reception (as required)About youRelevant experience in similar customer-focused / admin rolesPassion for providing an exceptional customer experienceTeam player who takes pride in their work and has an innate desire to drive growth and improvementAttention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to review processes and continually strive for excellence and look at opportunities to improveTech-savvy with ability to learn new systems as requiredWhy work with usWe value our people, as such we focus on their continued professional development as well as their physical and mental wellbeing.
