Responsbilities:
11. Managing the NSW Government client account and ensuring their satisfaction with the services and products delivered.
12. Collaborating closely with the client to understand their specific needs, objectives, and project requirements.
13. Acting as the primary point of contact between the client and our internal teams, effectively communicating client expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
14. Developing comprehensive project scopes, briefs, and plans that meet the client's objectives and deliverables.
15. Skillfully managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project completion within the specified timeframe.
16. Proactively identifying and addressing any issues or concerns raised by the client, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
17. Providing regular updates and progress reports to the client, keeping them informed about milestones, deliverable, and project outcomes.
18. Collaborating with internal teams to mitigate project risks and overcome any challenges that may arise during the project implementation phase.
19. Conducting research and evaluation activities to gather insights and feedback from the client, optimising existing projects and contributing to the development of new initiatives.
20. Representing the client's interests within our organisation, advocating for their needs and requirements.
21. Fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, both internally and externally, to enhance client satisfaction and achieve project goals.
22. Maintaining open and transparent communication channels with the client, promptly addressing any changes or updates in requirements or objectives.
23. Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, including timely payment of invoices and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
