Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant organization located in Perth that right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join a great team.
Working with a small team of IT specialists, you will be providing Level 1 support to users over the phone
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Providing IT support over the phone
2. Providing first level support and logging the tickets
3. Provide excellent customer service
4. Providing hands-on hardware and software support
5. Installing, moving, adding, and changing equipment and software
6. Maintenance of Client's Network
7. Performing proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problems
Skills we are looking for:
8. Detailed knowledge of Ticketing System
9. Detailed knowledge and experience of Windows 10 Operating Systems
10. Detailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite
11. Detailed knowledge of Active Directory
12. Someone with experience performing in a similar position.
13. Friendly welcoming professional with good telephone manners.
14. Well presented, hardworking, and enjoys working in a Team
15. Possess great written and verbal communication skills.
16. Work well independently and productively within a small team environment.
