For Federal Government and Defence security projects, you will need:
1. Australian Citizenship
2. An active Baseline, NV1, NV2, or TSPV security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one)
For Enterprise, State Government, and Private Sector projects, you will need:
1. Full Australian working rights, including appropriate visa status
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
At xAmplify, we look for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and bring a passion for technology, problem-solving, and collaboration.
We value:
1. Ideally, a couple of years of ServiceNow administration and development experience. It’s hard to beat time on the tools.
2. If you’re already certified as ServiceNow System Administrator that’s a great sign of your ability – so imagine how excited we’d be if you’ve got additional certifications like CIS or CAD!
3. Perhaps you’re a passionate tech enthusiast with experience developing with languages and technologies like HTML, CSS, Angular, REST and SOAP communication protocols, working with SSL, or designing authentication setups like SAML 2.0 – if that sounds like you, let us know!
4. We like working across the entire SDLC – so if you’ve got experience defining ServiceNow requirements, building solution design documentation, or running functional workshops, it’d be great to know about it.
5. If you’ve got experience with practice/process frameworks such as ITIL, ISO standards, IT4IT, and the like – whilst not mandatory for the role, would be fantastic to have on board.
6. We’re building a high-trust, high-expectation culture within our team, aiming to help people work however the work most effectively for our clients – and that means you’ll need excellent verbal & written communication skills, a high level of organisation and time management with the ability to work proactively in a deadline-driven environment.
