With a support office of approximately 40, they endorse a friendly and collaborative culture and as they are continuing to grow they are looking for support with their office maintenance and finance administration tasks.
About the Role
Working within a Support team of 5, this is a dual role where firstly you will play a key part in front office support for incoming visitors and answering incoming calls when required. You will ensure the office and meeting rooms are maintained, ordering stock & ensuring cleanliness. With the other half of your time, you will support the Finance team with finance administration tasks.
Full training will be provided on all tasks - the most important requirement is having the right attitude, tech savviness & willingness to learn!
This is a temporary position starting ASAP, working Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, 100% office based. For the right candidate this role has the view to convert permanent.
Duties
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Front office support where required - meeting and greeting incoming visitors and answering the mainline incoming calls
* Office maintenance: ordering stock, preparing meeting rooms, organising catering
* Picking up fleet cars from project locations
* Finance administration tasks including; submitting expense claims, credit card reconciliations, enter time sheets for casual staff, enter invoices for approval
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate you must have:
* Previous experience in an Administration based role - 1 year minimum
* Intermediate MS Office skills
* A full Victorian drivers licence - essential, for driving fleet cars when required
* Full working rights in Australia
* Be immediately available to start!
